My vision is to find a mutually beneficial situation between client and candidate by thoroughly discovering motives for change, skills acquired/needed, and the know-how to bring it all together. I’ll do my best to search, qualify, screen, and develop candidates in order to bring top talent to my clients' attention.
Philosophy
Uncertainty and change can be scary. I provide the motivation and industry knowledge to surface a candidate's potential and guide them to where they can make a difference for my clients.
I look at all the variables in making a career move such as money, family, location, commuting, corporate culture, professional challenges, etc. Most people work to live so my job is to make sure that both candidate and company are happy professionally and personally. Work can and should be fun and challenging and always improving job skills. As a recruiter, my job is to find out the factors that motivate a candidate's desire for change and then give them the “know how” to get that ideal job.
