Robert Good has thirty plus years of professional service experience, 18 years with a major regional financial organization with senior management responsibilities.

As Co-owner and managing partner, my scope is quite broad, directing specific projects to individual recruiting team members. Personal expertise and placement encompass banking, credit card, accounting, finance, agriculture, value-added agricultural processing and property management. Position placement expertise includes President, Branch Manager, CFO, Controller, Commercial Loan Officer, Ag Loan Officer, Consumer Lender, Business Banker, Compliance Officer, Auditor, Credit Manager, Marketing, Human Resources, Regional Manager, District Manager, Property Manager, Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, and Sales. Geographic concentration is Midwest states of South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska; Rocky Mountain States of Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana; also New York, New Jersey, Missouri, Kansas.
