I consider the day Marge called me a great gift for me and my family. Thanks to Marge, my job is now 55 miles closer to home, and I really do have many more career growth opportunities at this progressive bank. She gave honest advice and always kept me informed with new information. I learned from her and certainly enjoyed working with her. And, it is truly great to be part of my hometown community again. Marge informed me about an opportunity and it has turned out to be a wonderful move for my family and myself, professionally. The thing I liked most about Marge was that she took the time to ask the right questions and I really believed she had my families' best interests at heart. After we had made the move, she followed up a couple of times to see how things were going and to make sure that my family and I were happy. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Searching for the right job can be stressful beyond belief. Add to the mix the requirement of relocation, and the stress can become unbearable. My recent job search entailed both of these criteria. I was fortunate indeed to have worked with Bob and Marge Good who mitigated my stress in a professional manner, and exhibited a concern for me that I could only have expected from a close friend. I have worked with various recruiters through my professional career. Frankly I have normally been disappointed as the recruiter was only interested in the “quick placement” and had little concern for me as a professional or as a person. This is not the case with the Goods. They showed a genuine concern for me, my career, and my family. They took the extra time I needed, and used a holistic approach to the job search and placement. Their involvement carried me from the initial application and interviews, through the testing and in person interview process. They maintained continuous communication with me, advising me on the organization, the person who I was meeting with, opportunities, salary expectations, and even went so far as to assure themselves that my interview techniques were up to speed. I will admit that I was pleasantly surprised when Marge contacted me as I was driving from my round of interviews to ascertain how everything went.
