Philosophy
Being a keen observer and student of leadership, I've learned what produces the best results. Good leaders are good servants. They are available, innovative, and do what it takes to get the job done right. I am a recruitment leader in service to my companies and candidates through listening, genuineness, integrity, confidentiality, and good old fashioned hard work.
Vision
As a mother of five, a twenty year broad-based volunteer leader, and a recruiter, I operate on a remarkably important fact: the most positive and productive atmosphere is having the right people in the right place. As an executive recruiter, my goal is to be persistent in placing the right people in the right place.
