Philosophy
My recruiting philosophy is too simply under promise and over deliver. I believe that by truly understanding the needs of both the client and the candidate, an accurate match can be made that will form a long lasting and mutually beneficial relationship between the two. This is done by intently listening, asking questions, understanding the marketplace, and being able to form accurate summations.
I joined MR Sioux Falls intending to be the very best. I am surrounded by high quality individuals that have numerous years of experience that I can learn from and contribute to. My inner drive to succeed and win is why I joined the best recruiting team in the MRI network.
People I Recruit
I look for “top notch, grade-A, high impact” individuals within the Commercial Construction Industry that have proven backgrounds and that can deliver for a company. Not every candidate is the right fit for a company, likewise, not every company is the right fit for a candidate, so I strive to locate the perfect match for each candidate, and company, to create a win-win situation.
In the Commercial Construction Industry I strive to locate the very best Estimators, Superintendents, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, Safety Personnel, Controllers, and New Graduates looking to begin their careers.

My jobs are located in TX, Texas, KS, Kansas, OK, Oklahoma, and NM, New Mexico. I have a team of 30 recruiters that work the entire nation in all major market places. It is more important for me to understand what a person is specifically looking for than where a person is looking to go.
