I owned and operated my own business for over six years. As a past business owner, I can relate to the daily struggles that hiring authorities and Human Resource Managers go through trying to fill positions with key personnel. With this experience coupled with over 10 years outside business to business experience, I know what it takes to bring together company and candidate.
